Counseling Services

Your mental and emotional well-being is as important as your physical health. In fact, since both your mind and body impact the quality of your life, the two are connected and should be considered parts of a larger picture. Taking care of both can help you lead a healthier life.

However, many individuals struggle with mental and behavioral health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship and parenting issues and more.  You don’t have to face these challenges alone. When you are facing life’s challenges and don’t know where to turn, Lutheran Social Services of MT is here for you.
