the work of Lutheran Social Services can happen in a variety of ways.
Consider providing current support with a
gift of cash or stock. A future gift (also known as a planned
gift) can produce income for you, pass assets on to your heirs
or reduce your estate taxes.
Current Support
Gifts providing current support can be made outright
or pledged over several years, enabling charitable deductions to
be spread over time.
Future Support
While often referred to as planned gifts, these gifts
are also known as deferred or estate gifts.

Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift is an ideal manner in which to express your
feelings about the special meaning a person had in your life.
Giving a gift to Lutheran Social Services of Montana in memory of someone
special to you will be used to help serve the needs of our
clients.
Honorarium Gifts
An honorarium gift is a unique way in which to honor a friend,
loved one, or exceptional staff member who has touched your
life. It is a special way to say “Thank You!”,
“Congratulations!” or “I am Thinking of You!” Your gift will
help to insure that our staff can continue to provide quality,
caring services.
To Make a Memorial or Honorarium Gift please use the
Gift Form. A letter will be sent to whomever you request
(the amount is kept confidential) notifying them of your
memorial or honorarium gift.
