Krista Hellem, MSW, SWLC has 10+ years of social work experience working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings; specializing in women’s health and wellness, adoption, family planning, parenting, partner relationships and grief and loss. Krista’s approach to psychotherapy is compassionate and experiential; encouraging clients to encounter new vitality in their life by integrating all aspects of themselves. Krista is a candidate for clinical licensure in the State of Montana under supervision.

Mike Nicholes, LCSW has 30+ years of experience working with individuals, couples & families. His approach to counseling is to utilize a caring, supportive relationship with clients to help them identify and meet their counseling needs and goals. Mike has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy and brief solution focused therapy and has helped clients who may be experiencing a wide range of challenges.

Trudi Paulson, LCSW has worked with elders, families and children in a variety of settings throughout her career. Her focus is to start where the client is and work together to identify achievable goals. Trudi has specialized training in grief and loss, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and mindfulness practice.

Janet Ross, MSW, SWLC received her Master’s of Social Work degree from University of New England and is currently a candidate for clinical licensure in the State of Montana under supervision. Janet has extensive experience in the world of adoption and has special interests in parenting, attachment and bonding, and healthy family functioning. She has worked with clients of all ages and believes humans grow and develop in and through relationships.

Our fees may be covered by insurance depending upon the provider’s license status and the client’s interest in using their benefit. Our therapists practicing under supervision offer a significantly reduced rate with no insurance billing. Some insurance plans require pre-certification procedures which our counselors can help you navigate. We also offer a sliding fee scale to be used for clients facing extenuating circumstances such as loss of employment or disability.
